🌿 Live Plant Exchange Policy
Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, we truly care about your experience and understand that unexpected issues may occur during shipping.
If your plant arrives severely damaged or dead, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the plant and original packaging. We will carefully review the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement.
Please note that we are only able to provide exchanges for plants with severe damage.
We do not offer refunds or store credit.
Minor or cosmetic changes caused by transit are normal for live plants and are not eligible for exchange, including:

Minor leaf loss

Slight dryness during shipping
