📦 Shipping & Cold Weather Notice (Please Read)
1. Cold Weather Risk
During winter, temperatures in some regions may drop below 0°C (32°F). Live plants may be exposed to freezing conditions during transit. While we take extensive measures to protect and insulate the plants, extreme weather conditions are beyond our control and may affect plant condition.
2. Packaging Method
All plants are shipped bare-root and carefully wrapped with paper towels, cushioning materials, and multi-layer protective packaging to minimize cold exposure and transit damage.
3. Delivery & Pickup Recommendation
Once the package is marked as “Delivered,” please retrieve it as soon as possible. Avoid leaving the package outdoors, at the doorstep, or in cold environments for extended periods.
4. Normal Transit Stress
Due to temperature changes and shipping stress, plants may show temporary signs such as:
• Slight softness
• Color fading
• Mild leaf wrinkling
These conditions are normal and typically reversible with proper care.
5. Severe Damage or Freezing
If plants arrive with severe freezing damage, rot, or significant breakage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you accordingly.
6. After-Arrival Care
Upon arrival, allow the plants to rest in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight for 1–2 days before resuming normal care.
